Platinum Performance Dance Academy is celebrating 6 years of quality dance in Huntington. Whether you seek a professional career in dance or just want to have fun and make friends, Platinum Performance is here to help you accomplish your dreams. Our goal is to nurture and motivate dancers in a warm, and friendly atmosphere while instilling a strong and foundation and love for dance. We pride ourselves on small class sizes for more individualized attention, providing the youngest to the most experienced dancer with a quality dance experience!

Tiny Dancer Program
All our Tiny Dancer programs focus on the development of coordination, concentration and listening skills. It also provides self-confidence for teamwork, cooperation and positive interaction.

Offering classes in: Pre- Combo (Ages 2 ½ -3 ½ ), Preschool Combo 1 (Ages 3-4 ), Preschool Combo 2 (Ages 4 -5) and Kindergarten Combo (Ages 5-6).

Pre-Combo classes are a 45 minute introduction to dance. Students learn beginner dance steps and vocabulary through the use of arts & crafts, literature and visual aids.

Preschool combo classes are an hour long class incorporating Ballet, Tap and Tumble mats. This class is a fun a rewarding class that sets a strong foundation in Ballet.

Kindergarten Combo classes are an Hour long incorporating Ballet and Tap, introducing beginner Jazz and Hip Hop moves.

Junior & Teen Dance Programs
Our beginner through advanced level classes provides a place for dancers of any age to master and enjoy all forms of dance. We integrate classical dance techniques with latest most popular dance moves and styles. The Junior and Teen dance program provides dancers with a fun, energetic quality dance class.

Offering classes in: Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Point e, Tap, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Acrobatics, Cheer & Fitness Classes

PPDA offers students the opportunity to take their dance education to the next level, with community and professional performances including an Annual [Recital].

In the past years PPDA has participated in: The US Open, NBA Knicks Game, Walt Disney World Performances, Dancers Responding to AIDS, The Long Island Fall Festival, The Nautical Mile’s Festival of Lights, and many more professional and community fundraisers, fairs and events.
