Platinum Performance has an innovative professional Staff that is well trained with many years of teaching experience. Many of our teachers can be seen working within the public and private schools and various other prestigious dance schools throughout Long Island. All Platinum Performance instructors are professional choreographers holding many degrees, certifications and awards.

Director: Ms Lora Ayala
Lora Ayala graduated with a BA in Child Study from St. Josephs College and is in her 8th year Head Coaching the Huntington High School Dance Teams and Kickline. As a dancer Lora has recently Performed in the opening ceremonies of the US Open and was a Principal dancer for the DHTW Modern Dance Company. Lora was also a background dancer for the pop music group 98* and the Venga Boys. She performed at the Nassau Coliseum as a NY Dragon’s Firedancer (Cheerleader) and at the Meadowlands Arena as a NJ Gladiator Girl (Cheerleader) and has recently choreographed a NY Knicks pre-game. Lora is a Regional and National Judge for Olympic Miss Dance Competition, Dance Arts Plus Dance Competition and That’s Entertainment Dance Competition. This year under her direction, the Platinum Performance Dance Company was Awarded Top honors by being named Kids Artistic Revues 2008 Top Studio f or the second year in a row. Lora is very proud to have won two “Best Choreography Awards” and two “Best Costume Awards” this year among many other awards. Lora has completed Dance Teacher Workshops by Dance Masters of America, Dance Teacher Magazine and Broadway Dance Center.

   
jessica Jessica Treubig
Jessica graduated with a BFA in Dance and Accounting from the University of Massachussetts at Amherst. Jessica can be seen in several music videos by up and coming artists. She has worked for MTV, Fox kids and has performed all over the United States including, Walt Disney World Florida, and Cape May New Jersey. Jessica has studied with companies such as Paul Taylor, Alvin Ailey, Eglevsky Ballet and worked with Top choreographers like Christopher Scott (Bring In Da Noise, Bring In Da Funk). Jessica has taught at various dance schools throughout Long Island and at the University of Massachusets.

Kati-Ann Ashworth
Ms Kati has a BFA in Dance from C.W. Post College and was the recipient of the PostConcert Dance Company “Outstanding Senior” Scholarship.  Kati currently performs with the New York Based Immersion Dance Company.&n bsp; Ms Kati’s has been awarded many prestigious choreography awards including “Most Entertaining Act 2007” by Kids Artistic Revue.  She has had the privilege to work with great performers and Choreographers such as Merle Hollaman, Raphael Boumalia and Kanji Segaw a of the Mark Morris Dance Company.  Not only is Ms. Kati a qualified dancer, but she is also a Graduate of the Dance Educators Teachers training Course.
   
sam Samantha Natallelo
This year Ms Sam completed her dance teaching training program at the Dance Teacher Summer Conference and Interned at St Patricks Catholic School in Huntington. She was selected out of hundreds of dancers to become a Universal Dance Association Teacher and began her training this summer. Ms Sam has won numerous High Score Awards for her dances as well as routines she has choreographed. Ms Sam frequently attends Broadway Dance Center in NYC and has attended dance workshops like “So You Think You Can Dance” and has performed numerous places like Walt Disney World Florida. Ms Sam will be attends Dowling College majoring in Education and Dance.
   
sam Meghan Principe
Meghan Principe is a graduate from Adelphi University with her BFA in dance after completing two full years of dance training at BOCES Cultural Arts Center. She has performed in multiple college dance festivals as well as dance performances under established choreographers/dancers including but not limited to... Leda Meredith, Nicholas Seligson-Ross, Tracey Koffard and Frank Augustine. Meghan has also taught summer dance classes for girls with emotional needs.
   
sam Megan McNeill
Megan McNeill attended C.W. Post of Long Island University majoring in Dance Studies.  While there she was a member of the Post Dance Team and had the privilege of working with Merle Hollaman from the Limon Institute.  Megan then transferred to Dean College in Massachusetts, where she was the Captain of the Dance Team.  She graduated from Dean with a BA in Dance.  Megan attended Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre's Summer Intensive, working with Ailey teachers and company members, and performing in their Summer Sizzler at the end of the program.  Megan has also performed in community theatre, such as "Fame" and "Bye, Bye, Birdie" at Creative Ministries Performing Arts Center in Oakdale.  Megan currently teaches and choreographs at several studios on Long Island, along with being Captain and performing with the Dance Team for the Long Island Lizards Major League Lacrosse team.
   
sam Mary Maldanando
Mary is currently studying at Farmingdale State University to obtain her BA in Nursing. She has been studying dance in various forms for 19 years. She has trained with dance masters such as Frank Hatchett, Jose De La Cuesta, and Madame Elvire Seibert. She has been competing at various competitions such as Access Broadway, Hall of Fame, and Starbound and has won a numerous amount of awards. Mary has been teaching dance for 5 years for various age groups ranging from 2 to 16 in forms such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Contemporary. In High School she was apart of the Varsity Cougarette dance team and took apart in the UDA camps. She just finished her 2 seasons as a Brooklyn Cyclone Beach Bum and enjoys going back to cheer on her fellow bums. Mary is excited to begin teaching for Platinum Performance Dance Academy and looks forward to an amazing season!
   
megan Megan Goller
Megan Goller received her B.A. at Roger Williams University double majoring in Dance Performance and Secondary Education. She graduated from NYU with her M.A. in Teaching Dance All Grades. She has worked with; Kelli Wicke Davis, Ellis Wood, Jennifer Connelly, Fredrick Curry, Debroah Damast, Jenny Brown and Kim Elliot. She was in a film “Three Stores, Three Stories” directed by Gary Shore and choreographed the dance “Filtration” for the NYU Fall Concert. She recently performed for the NYU graduation in the dance “The N Y in U” choreographed by Kim Elliot. She is a full time Preschool teacher and loves teaching children her passion for dance.
   
nicole Nicole Monteleone
Nicole Monteleone has been dancing for the past 20 and has been teaching dance for the past 7 years. She has choreographed for West Babylon High School musicals for the past 5 years  and was also part of the 2010 Brooklyn Cyclones Beach Bums. Nicole currently dances on the Dowling College Dance Team and a Captain for the past 2 years.
